With the help of state-of-the-art dental technology, Dr. Mauricio Moeller and our knowledgeable team can effectively address a wide range of dental concerns with precision, efficiency, and predictability at our in-house dental laboratory. Equipped with the latest dental technology, our dental lab enables us to create unique, customized, and error-free treatment plans using the most modern dental materials. This advanced technology allows us to minimize the invasiveness of complex procedures, provide comfortable and efficient appointments, and reduce treatment recovery times.
Dr. Moeller and our team take pride in offering our patients access to our full-mouth dental implant lab, which can help enhance their smile, improve their overall oral health, and optimize their treatment plan. With our commitment to utilizing the most advanced dental technology, our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our patients, and we strive to remain at the forefront of the dental industry to provide our patients with the best possible outcomes.
Our on-site dental lab provides a full range of services, enabling us to tailor each smile to the individual needs and preferences of our patients, down to the finest detail. Our 3D dental scan uses an x-ray arm that rotates around your head. While rotating, it captures multiple images and sends them to a computer where the images will be put together in a 3D format. Here, Dr. Moeller will be able to view your teeth, gums, tissues, nerves, and bone structure. We also have a 3Shape intraoral scanner that takes a 3D impression of our patient’s teeth on a screen almost immediately after the scan is complete. Our dental lab also houses the only Precise Implants Capture (PIC) camera in Michigan and is the second one in the USA to indulge in the newest model. This innovative technology is used to collect information on the exact location of the implants as well as the angles and distances between them by utilizing photogrammetry technology. Our latest piece of technology is our cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scanner from Planmeca and are proud to announce we were the first dental lab in the country to have this brand-new software in our dental office. This CBCT scanner obtains a more accurate and high-quality image of the entire mouth, jaw, nasal cavities, and throat areas. Dr. Moeller can create fantastic 3D images that show the bone, airways, and soft tissues in these areas, as well as any dental work you may have had or may need in the future. It’s this technology that allows our procedures to be incredibly precise and predictable and our patients to enjoy smiles for decades to come!
Our on-site dental lab is specifically designed to prioritize patient comfort and streamline routine and complex dental procedures. With this facility, Dr. Moeller can handle your entire treatment process in-house without the need for an outsourced dental lab. This approach keeps your costs low and manageable while also ensuring consistent results that align with your treatment plan. With all our dental technology, one porcelain glazing oven, two zirconia sintering ovens, four resin printers, and two five-axis milling machines used for our zirconia and PMMA prosthesis, we can tailor any and every treatment plan to fit the needs of our patients. Our state-of-the-art technology also eliminates guesswork and ensures accurate, precise, and error-free results. This means that your new smile will be picture-perfect and exactly what you’ve been waiting for! With four full-time lab technicians, two of whom are on their way to being full-time designers for full arch prosthesis, we’re able to provide you with compassionate, personalized care in one efficient treatment experience that prioritizes your comfort and satisfaction so you can enjoy a comfortable, healthy, and dazzling smile!
